The Good, Bad and Ugly

The GOOD!

     Some of my friends have cabins-real cabins: outhouses; wood stoves; no running water; bunk beds, etc.  Every year, the Monday after Thanksgiving finds thousands of guys heading for the hills-myself included!  To me, the camaraderie  is the gift-old friends, tall tales and tall drinks, unhealthy food-it's a great time.

The Bad and Ugly-A small percent have no respect nor love of the mountains.They don't appreciate the beauty and artistry of a beaver dam and lodge. They see it a dumping ground!
